Can an outdoor breaker box drain electronics inside, if the item is located near the box but between the wall?

I have an outdoor breaker box on the corner of my house, next to the air conditioner unit. My question is whether or not a tv or computer can be internally damaged if I put the computer/tv in that same corner inside the houser?
