How do you prove that two circles are externally/internally tangent?

Hi, I'm doing some homework and I'm stuck on this part. The two circles are: x^2 + y^2 = 2 & (x - 3 )^2 + (y + 3)^2 = 32. I also was wondering about their radii and distance apart from each other as well as graphing. Please help!
