I feel really guilty about what I ate for dinner?

IDK... I feel like something is up. I have had really low self esteem and have been obsessively dieting. Today I had a carrot, an apple, and half a piece of whole grain bread w/ 1/2 tsp almond butter. I was starving at dinner and ate a boca burger and now I just feel terrible and like I want to make myself throw it up. This happens like every day. I will wake up, eat like nothing all day then stuff myself at dinner and I have to try sooooo hard not to make myself throw it up =/ I hate feeling full because it just makes me feel fat...
