Is it ok if I skip out on 1 day of exercising?
So I'm 13 and I weigh 125lbs(I'm 5'5) and I want to get in better shape so I started exercising. I normally do 45 minutes of jogging/ running on a treadmill(it's to cold to run out side where I live) and then 15 minute of walking my dog at a fast pace, and then at night after dinner I do 30 minutes on an exercise bike. I was busy today with school, a church meeting, going to take my cousins to the airport at nigh so I didn't have time to exercise:/ anyway I ate really healthy today, for breakfast I had a bowl of cereal(200 calories), for snack I had an apple, for lunch I had canned peaches, a protien bar, yogurt and a little bit of Cheerios, and when I go home from school I had a nut and cranberry granola bar, and for dinner I'm going to have 2 boca burgers, so would it be ok if I skip my exercise routine today?
