Recommend some imitation meat?

Processed meat analogues are always high in salt and sometimes fat. They should be avoided. I think there is nothing better than a burger with grilled eggplant, capsicum or maybe tofu and salad veg. But if you want mock meat, look for Asian grocers in your area. There is a product called yuba or bean curd skin which is basically a very thin sheet of tofu which is then folded and prepared to resemble certain meats like chicken and fish. If you have a Chinese buddhist community in your town you should be able to get these foods. Better still if you have a restaurant that serves them, try it and see if you like it.
