K usually I eat very healthy and am constantly working out. But today I had a binge day. For breakfast I had a 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a scoop of whey protein, and a half spoon full of honey. For lunch I had a boca burger (meatless) with edamame. Than I had 2 south beach diet protein bars and 2 small cookies :((((.. Will this effect me? Please help.
