I stopped eating meat about 3 weeks ago. Im still learning what products have animal in them but I am trying. I have replaced meat with soy protein. like the brand boca or morningstar. well anyway I have been completely tired for no reason. Hungry and had sore boobs earliar than normal before my period. My bf says he feels better than ever now. I wantto feel great to. But its not happening. we eat vegetables, fruit and egg or beans or a meat replacement with our meals. And wheat bread. Ive read that soy could be my problem?
