I have very bad fear and I need help!?

So ever since I was a really little kid I've had a really bad fear. It's not clowns or the dark or something normal. I'm TERRIFIED of attractive men. I'm a 17 year old girl. My mom thinks I'm just shy but that's not it. The sight of attractive boys just makes me very very anxious. All my friends ask why I have never had a handsome boyfriend and I just don't know what to say! Once I had a stunningly handsome boy in one of my classes and I couldn't handle it! I would have panic attacks and once I even fainted. I couldn't deal with it so I had to switch classes. Should I tell my mom and get help? I need answers!
