What are the most dangerous cities in FL in terms of natural disasters?

I am nto move to Ft Lauderdale or Boca Raton, I can't take the cold anymore. But I am terrified of natural disasters. What are the safest cities in FL? I heard Clearwater was one of them. Also, I don't have much money so I would want an afordable area that is pet friendly. Thank you!!
