Am I just REALLY stressed? Or hungry?

You are just stressed out. You need to control your temper, find a way to control your anger. Your diet isn't very healthy for you which will add to the stress. When you keep getting stressed your whole body gets out of whack so feeling sick to your tummy is not unusual and lack of sleep just adds to the stress. Any stress you put your body under can also disrupt your period, it may be late or not come at all this month, this is normal. You have got to calm down and find a way to deal with your problems besides getting into a fight. You also need to eat better. Don't be surprised if you get diarrhea (stress will bring it on), headaches, or anything else you don't usually get. You are 16, it is time to stop fighting and get your temper under control. Count to 10 or 20 before fighting then just walk away. When you walk away it shows you are the bigger person (more grown up) then the other person get angry because they can't bait you anymore and they are the ones with a tummy ache, headache, diarrhea & all the things you were experiencing. Just smile & walk away.
