Could i be bleeding inside from taking to many ibuprofen?

for the past few days i have been taking 600mg of ibuprofen's every 8 hrs for a torn muscle in my hip..im worried now because im feeling nauseous..im wondering if im bleeding internally..i read on the bottle that this could happen..what do u think?
