Do any popular (chain) restaurants make their own veggie burgers from scratch?

The Boca ones are so good, but I want to try fresher/unprocessed. I was a little disappointed to find that a vegan restaurant nearby just uses the frozen patties. Any stores or restaurants that carry fresh unfrozen products that are very good? Thanks!
