Is it wierd that I am attracted to older men?

There is this one worker at the college I go to...He is SUPER-CUTE.. He is so handsome I could die... I just sit there waiting to catch a glimpse of him when he comes out or is working..I really want to kiss his lips...and do things to him and look after him..Is this love?
