(Relationship Q)-Am I being Insecure?

I'll try to be as brief as poss..I've been in this relationship over 4yrs., we have a 9 month old daughter together..been living together for 3yrs. When we first got together in the beginning I was living in another state, 13hrs away (driving dist.)...it was a lot of back & forth until I finally decided to move..found out he cheated - I was out of state in college (in the beg. of our relationship)-I made it clear if he wanted to see other ppl to just let me know so we'd be on the same page, he'd always say "No, I know what I want, I don't want to be with anyone else"-I didnt find out he cheated UNTIL MONTHS after I already moved, in the beg it obviously wasnt all that serious I had a few guy friends I had spoke to occasionally but didn't have sex.. Fast forward a few years now, he has two jobs, One is at a Hotel, he has all of the co workers contact numbers-vice versa. Everyone he works with knows of me/met, and they see me and our daughter "Often". With that being said, the other night I read a text in his phone, from one of the Hispanic housekeepers, (he's Black and doesn't know but maybe 3 words in Spanish) But she sent a text saying "You look very guapo today"..he replied, Thank You. Guapo=good looking/handsome. What do You think I should do? He isn't aware that I read the msg yet... and I'm not sure if I should mention.. confront him/her.. she sees me stop by here and even get a free room w/him so I feel she is being disrespectful..
