Yeast infection question?

HI! I was taking antibiotics for a sinus infection and now the outside of my vagina itches and JUST the entrance. What is this called? I have had a yeast infection before but felt the symptoms internally as well. Do I have to buy a whole Monistat set just to get the external cream? Any suggestions? Thanks
